This comprehensive one day workshop will give you the information you need to study, prepare and pass the LEED Green Associate exam. Passing the LEED GA exam shows that you have mastered the fundamental building blocks necessary to utilize green design, construction, operations and third party rating systems. The LEED GA credential will increase your marketability and is the first step in becoming a LEED professional.
- Participants need to bring laptops.
- Slide packet and practice exam included.
- Required textbooks: Green Associate Study Guide and the LEED Core Concepts Guide.

Kimberly Hosken joined Johnson Controls, Inc. in February 2008 as a member of the Global Energy and Sustainability team. Kim leads the global sustainability team which includes people in 14 countries practicing LEED consulting. Johnson Controls has over 17m. sq. feet of LEED certified projects around the globe.
Prior to joining Johnson Controls Kim held the position of Director LEED, New Construction for the US Green Building Council in Washington DC. Kim has developed and delivered multiple LEED and Green Building training programs in Dubai, Shanghai, Santiago, the United States and Canada to contractors, designers and manufacturers, over 3000 people have attended her workshops.
Kim's areas of expertise include green building, construction management and design for commercial building projects, LEED Consulting, water and air quality management. Kim has over 20 years of experience in construction management with multiple firms including Turner Construction.
